The A2ZFX facility includes engineering, design and prototyping, metal forming and fabrication, Mig and Tig Welding, sheet metal, bar and roll bar fabrication, milling and lathe machining, electronics and assembly, wood shop, thermal and vacuum forming, wet composite and vacuum bag laminates of carbon fiber and fiberglass, Urethane and acrylic casting, plaster, tooling and mold making, pre-preg. composites, nomex core and aerospace technologies, paint and polyurethane spraying, printed and vinyl decal branding and application.
